Creating Documents
Antinium offers multiple ways to create documents, each suited for different workflows.
Method 1: Blank Document
Start with a clean slate and build your document from scratch:
- Navigate to your documents dashboard
- Click the "Create" button
- Select "New Document"
- A blank document will open in the editor
- Start typing to add content
Pro tip: Use keyboard shortcuts for faster editing. Press Ctrl+B (or Cmd+B on Mac) for bold, Ctrl+I for italic.
Method 2: Upload Existing File
Import your existing documents to translate and localize them:
Supported Formats
- PDF - Preserves layout and formatting
- DOCX - Microsoft Word documents
- Markdown - Plain text with formatting
Upload Process
- Click "Create" → "Upload Document"
- Select your file from the file picker
- Wait for processing (usually 5-30 seconds depending on file size)
- Your document will appear in the editor with all formatting preserved
Note: Large files (over 50 pages) may take longer to process. You'll receive a notification when processing is complete.
Method 3: AI Generation
Let AI create your document based on a prompt:
- Click "Create" → "Generate with AI"
- Enter a detailed prompt describing what you want
- Optionally select a template or style
- Click "Generate" and wait a few seconds
- Review and edit the generated content
