Understanding plan limits and quotas

Overview

Different Antinium plans have different limits and quotas. This page explains what limits apply to each plan and how they work.

Credits System

Credits are used for premium features. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance:

  • Free: 100 credits/month (basic features only)
  • Plus: 1,000 credits/month
  • Pro: 4,000 credits/month
  • Ultra: 20,000 credits/month
  • Team: 6,000 credits/month per seat
  • Business: 10,000 credits/month per seat

What Uses Credits?

  • Advanced AI models
  • API calls
  • High-volume translations
  • Premium features

Basic translation and editing don't use credits. Credits reset monthly on your billing date.

Workspace Limits

  • Free: 1 workspace
  • Plus/Pro/Ultra: 1 workspace (personal use)
  • Team: Unlimited workspaces
  • Business: Unlimited workspaces

Storage Limits

  • Free: 1 GB total storage
  • Plus: 10 GB total storage
  • Pro: 50 GB total storage
  • Ultra: 200 GB total storage
  • Team: 100 GB per seat
  • Business: 500 GB per seat

Storage includes documents, images, and other uploaded files. You'll receive a warning when approaching your limit.

API Limits

API rate limits (requests per hour):

  • Pro: 1,000 requests/hour
  • Ultra: 10,000 requests/hour
  • Team: 5,000 requests/hour per seat
  • Business: 20,000 requests/hour per seat

Export Limits

  • Free: 10 exports/month
  • Plus: 50 exports/month
  • Pro/Ultra/Team/Business: Unlimited exports

What Happens When You Hit a Limit?

When you approach or reach a limit:

  • You'll receive a notification warning you're approaching the limit
  • You can continue using basic features
  • Premium features that require credits will be unavailable
  • You can upgrade your plan to increase limits
  • Limits reset at the start of your billing cycle

Checking Your Usage

Monitor your usage:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. View your current plan and usage
  3. See credits used vs. credits available
  4. Check document count and storage usage
  5. View when limits reset

Upgrading Plans

To increase your limits, upgrade your plan:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  3. Select a higher tier plan
  4. Complete the checkout process
  5. New limits take effect immediately
